This one cop comes to John's house. John answered the door, the
cop asks, "So, whats this about your neighbor." John replies,
"She hasn't come out of her house in days!" The cop asks, "Is
she Blonde?" John said yes and they go over to her house to see
what is wrong.

The door is open so they go in. They see John's neighbor
standing right next her TV. The cop asks, "M'am, are you OK?"
She responds, "Yeah, I'm fine!" Then John asks, "What are you
doing?" She looks at them, then says, "The TV asked me to
'Please Stand By.'"
